Q. Are your searches confidential?
A. Yes. Confidentiality is one of the key issues we resolve in our search strategies. We will discuss with you what, when and how information can be disclosed, and maintain confidentiality throughout the course of the search.
Q. Does your firm work locally, nationally and internationally?
A. Shared Vision has a North American recruitment focus. This means our consultants have deep knowledge of local and national markets. At the same time we offer our clients the option of truly international or multi-country searches through our global partner network.
Q. How can I post a job on your site?
A. We are not a job board, so we do not list specific jobs without a client requisition on our web site. Please consult your Consultant to discuss suitable ways to address your needs in recruitment.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Shared Vision Management Search has been in the search business since 1999. Many of our recruiters have longer tenures of prior experience.
Q. What industries / job functions do you recruit for?
A. We are a specialized search firm with experience in Risk Management, Life Science and Marketing for many industries. We recruit for senior leadership and tactical positions.
Q. What is the typical fee for your services?
A. Our fees are typically a percentage of the first year compensation or they could be fixed depending on the complexity of the assignment. For more information, please contact us regarding the specific position and needs that you are looking to address.

Q. When can I come in to interview with a Search Consultant?
A. We will establish contact with you in case of a potential opportunity that could match your professional experience. Based on the outcome of your discussions and mutual consent, you could then arrange to meet with a Shared Vision Consultant.
Q. How can I find open jobs on your Web site?
A. We list our current assignments on the “Careers” page. Just click on “Detailed Career Search”. You can even set-up Job alerts that will reach out to you via email upon matching your requirements.
Q. How can I get in touch with a search consultant?
A. We urge prospective job seekers to submit their information and resume online. Your information will automatically be distributed to our Consultants specializing in either your industry or your job function. When we have a suitable assignment, our consultant will contact you directly.
Q. If I provide my information will you keep it confidential?
A. Yes. We do not share or sell job seeker information. We regard your information as private and confidential.
Q. Is there a fee for your services?
A. Our service is at no cost to candidates.
Q. What level of positions do you recruit within each industry?
A. We recruit for positions from the Senior Analyst level to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.). The majority of our searches are for Managers, Directors and Vice President levels.
Q. Who are your clients?
A. Shared Vision works with all different sizes of organizations, from multinationals, Fortune 500 to small start – up companies.
Q. If I am a member of the media, who do I contact?

Q. If you do not have an office in a certain location, do you still provide services for companies and job seekers in that location?
